Beatriz is a certified Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training trainer, registered on the official NHS-approved trainers register (OM-26-3926).
With a background in healthcare administration and recruitment, she brings experience across both operational healthcare environments and people-focused services. Her approach combines professionalism, empathy, and practical understanding of the challenges faced within health and social care settings.
